Salad Udon

I made a kind of udon. The name is "salad udon".
It's used same way to cook udon. And more, I should boil sea food (shell, shrimp,) and decorate with salad(cabbage, tomato, cucumber)
And I use Italian dressing instead of udon sauce.

I like this dish, it's not so heavy taste. It makes us feeling a little cool.
I like to eat and cook it.
