Essay3☆my home town

I'll introduce my home town, Yamaga city. I've lived in there since I was born. Yamaga city has many original features.
One of them is a big festival. We have a popular festival which called ‘Yamaga Tourou Festival’. Women put their heads on lantern. They wear ‘Yukata’ likes ‘Kimono’. Yukata is one of the Japanese traditional wears. It makes for spending cool during hot summer. And they dance to the music ‘Yoheho-bushi’. 1000 women gather some lines. They walked dancing around the main street in Yamaga city.
The lantern looks very heavy, but in fact, it is very light!! Because it made only by paper. Craftsman formed it carefully. It is a paper, so it is very delicate. It need to make a professional technic, original Tourou craftsman are 5 people now.
I’ve taken part in that festival as a dancer of 1000 women. It is very wonderful experience. Seen from a dancing line is the best position to watch the dance visionary. I was moved very much. I think spectator feel us same feelings too.
Add new information the last day since women dancing around the street, we can watch the fireworks display. It is one of the biggest fireworks display in Kumamoto. Numbers of 4000 fireworks is shot up the dark sky. It got us to feel the summer season coming.
Yamaga is very old city, but there are some attractive traditional features. There are some natural treasures, full of nature, hot springs. People who needs relax time may come to this city. I like and want a lot of people to come this city. If you have interested in my hometown Yamaga, please come to this city!!
