Introduction

Hello. My name is Makiko Hayakawa. I'm a student at Kumamoto Gakuen University. I'm majoring in Britain and America.
I have lived in Yamaga since I was born. Yamaga city is famous for hot springs and "Yamaga garden lantern festival". Womem put the garden lantern made by paper on their head and dance to the music. Almost women who live in Yamaga can dense some music phrase. We often hear this phrase "Yoheho" when the festival is head.
Next I'm interested in cooking. I'm very good at making sweets but I'm not good at cooking dishes. During spring vacation, I'll try to make some dishes which need not much time, and what's more, is like a healthy food which doesn't have to use much oil. I want my grandmother to teach me how to cook Japanese cuisine.
I love her dishes. The best dish is "Nikujyaga". My aim is my grandmother's cooking.
